Overview
The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is actively seeking highly qualified students to take on the role of Engineering Ambassadors. The objectives of the Engineering Ambassadors program include delivering outstanding outreach services across the institute, refining the communication and leadership skills of the Ambassadors, and offering opportunities and experiences that contribute to the personal and professional growth of the Ambassadors. Engineering Ambassadors engage in various activities related to recruitment, retention, outreach, and industry relations for the Institute.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program
- Preference for current Freshmen and Sophomores (Class of 2026 / 2027)
- A GPA of 3.0/4.0 is recommended, but not required.
Expectations
- Attend and present at a conference
- Participate in weekly meetings
- Engage in outreach school visits, volunteering events, and professional development events
- Commit to at least 2 semesters
